The Vance Gate Repair Tomball Guarantee
A gate is either closed or it isn’t. There’s no halfway that counts. That’s how we see it at Vance Gate Repair Tomball, and it’s why every job we’ve done since 2014, all 22,000 and counting, has been backed by a written price before the first tool comes off the truck and a documented record before the last one goes back on. We stand behind the work with the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if our repair isn’t right, we come back and make it right. No argument, no fee, no fine print. That’s the guarantee, and it’s been the guarantee since Adrian Vance started this company doing commercial access-control work and brought those same documentation habits to residential gates in Tomball.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship for a full year. Every repair we complete, including any adjustment, part we install, or weld we lay down, is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if it fails or drifts out of spec within that window, we come back and fix it at no additional charge.
- Parts we supply and install. When we put a part on your gate, whether it’s a hinge, a limit switch, a photo-eye, or a full motor, we document the part number on your written record, and if that part fails within the promise window, we replace it and stand behind the labor as well.
- The written price, before work starts. Under Clause 1 of the Haven Standard, you get a flat price in writing and agreed to before any work begins, covering parts, labor, and any adjustments, so the number on your paperwork is the number on your invoice.
- Cleanup and respect for your property. We treat your driveway and gate the way we’d treat our own, which means scrap metal, old parts, and packing materials leave with us, and the work area is left the way we found it.
- On-time arrival with notice. You’ll know who’s coming before they arrive, because every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and dispatched with their name and photo sent to you ahead of time.
- A documented photo record on every visit. Under Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, you get photographic evidence of what was found, what was adjusted, and what was replaced, left with you and filed in our job record.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If a gate repair doesn’t hold, you’ll know it, usually within a day or two. And when that happens, we want a phone call, not a simmering frustration. Here’s how the process works: call (346) 248-7685, tell us what the gate is doing now compared to what it was doing when we left, and we’ll schedule a return visit. When our technician arrives, they’ll pull the job record, look at the original photos, and compare what’s on the gate today against what was documented at completion. If our work didn’t hold, we fix it. No invoice, no argument, no expiration maneuvering within the 365-day window. Adrian Vance built this company on the idea that a repair either works or it doesn’t, and if it doesn’t, the job wasn’t finished. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate from another company. Bring us the paperwork and we’ll review it with you, no charge. We’d rather you know what you’re paying for, even if we’re not the ones doing the work, than have you guessing.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as good as the company that stands behind it, and we back ours with the credentials that actually matter when something goes wrong. Vance Gate Repair Tomball is licensed and insured, which means you’re protected if a technician is injured on your property or if something unforeseen happens during the job. We’re also insured and bonded, and those aren’t just words on a website; they’re the scaffolding under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. A guarantee without the financial and legal standing to honor it is just a sentence. We’ve got the standing. Every technician we dispatch is background-checked and uniformed, and their name and photo are provided before they arrive, so you always know who’s on your property and that they’re authorized to be there. That’s the paperwork side of the guarantee. The rest is just doing the job right the first time.
